创业教育、院校支持、创业态度与大学生创业意向:一个被调节的中介模型

摘要:

创业是推动社会经济持续发展的重要引擎,在政府政策引导和数智化技术进步的双重驱动下,大学生已然成为创业的重要主体。研究大学生创业意向的影响因素及其内在作用机制,有利于提高大学生的创业兴趣,促进其投身创业。基于计划行为理论和三元交互理论视角,以江苏某高校在校生问卷调查数据为样本,对大学生创业意向的影响因素及其内在作用机制进行实证研究。研究发现,高校的创业教育能够显著提升大学生的创业意向,创业态度在其中起到了中介作用;同时,院校支持能显著正向调节创业教育对于创业态度和创业意向的影响。在分析实证研究结果的基础上,从三个方面总结了对高校创业教育的实践启示:一是强化“态度塑造”,优化创业教育内容;二是做好“生态赋能”,优化院校支持体系;三是重视“深度融合”,打造一体化培养链条。

Abstract:

Entrepreneurship is a vital engine driving sustained socio-economic development. Under the dual impetus of government policy guidance and digital-intelligent technological advancements,university students have emerged as a key demographic in entrepreneurial activities. Investigating the influencing factors and intrinsic mechanisms shaping students' entrepreneurial intentions can enhance their interest in entrepreneurship and encourage their engagement in such endeavors. From the perspectives of the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Triadic Reciprocal Determinism Theory,this study conducts empirical research on these factors and mechanisms using survey data from undergraduates at a Jiangsu-based university. The findings reveal that university entrepreneurship education significantly boosts students' entrepreneurial intentions,with entrepreneurial attitude serving as a mediating factor. Additionally,institutional support positively moderates the impact of entrepreneurship education on both entrepreneurial attitude and intention. Based on these results,practical implications for university entrepreneurship education are summarized across three dimensions. three dimensions: Firstly, strengthen "attitude shaping" and optimize the content of entrepreneurship education. Secondly, achieve "ecological empowerment" and optimize the support system of colleges and universities. Thirdly, attach importance to "deep integration" and create an integrated training chain.
