在加快建设教育强国、推动高等教育高质量发展背景下，调整优化学科专业设置已成为高校深化改革、提升服务经济社会发展能力的关键抓手。当前，高校不断强化专业设置对高质量发展的快速响应能力，推动人才培养供给更加适配，主动将自身发展小逻辑服从服务于经济社会发展的大逻辑。对此，本刊组织专题笔谈，特邀高校党委书记、校长撰文阐释。

In the context of accelerating the construction of a strong education nation and promoting high-quality development of higher education, adjusting and optimizing the setting of disciplines and majors has become a key lever for universities to deepen reforms and enhance their ability to serve economic and social development. Currently, universities are continuously strengthening the rapid response of major settings to high-quality development, promoting a more adaptive supply of talent training, and actively subordinating their own small development logic to serve the larger logic of economic and social development. In response, this journal has organized a special discussion, inviting college leaders to write articles to elaborate on this.
