基于“中国特色生涯教育理论建构：价值·路径·技术·文化”学术研讨会的专家研讨内容，系统梳理了当前中国生涯教育面临的理论困境与实践挑战。会议指出，生涯教育的核心使命应从“何以为生”转向“为何而生”，通过引导学生将个体发展与国家建设、民族复兴相联结，在服务社会的过程中确立自身的生命意义，实现“小我”与“大我”的统一。在理论层面，会议深入探讨了中国特色生涯教育理论的生长点，提出了涵盖本质、价值、目标等维度的五大核心理念。在实践层面，会议聚焦数智时代的技术挑战，强调生涯教育应培养终身学习素养与人机协同能力，并围绕教材建设、师资队伍培养及大中小学一体化体系建设提出了具体的改革路径。

Based on the “Academic Forum on the Theoretical Construction of Career Education with Chinese Characteristics,” this paper reviews the theoretical dilemmas and practical challenges currently facing career education in China. The forum pointed out that the core mission of career education should shift from “how to make a living” to “why to live,” by guiding students to connect their individual development with national construction and to establish their meaning of life through serving society. At the theoretical level, the forum proposed a five-dimensional set of core concepts for a career education theory with Chinese characteristics, encompassing essence, value, and objectives. At the practical level, focusing on the digital intelligence era, it suggested that career education should cultivate lifelong learning literacy and human–machine collaboration capabilities and put forward specific plans concerning the development of textbook systems, teacher training, and the integrated construction of a coherent system across primary, secondary, and tertiary education.
