职业不确定性的上升已成为当前大学生面临的普遍现象。研究针对拔尖大学生群体中普遍存在的“完美匹配”和“绝对把握”这两类与不确定性认知有关的生涯信念，构建了基于“中道思维”的生涯认知重构课程干预方案。研究采用单组前后测实验设计，对某顶尖高校选修生涯课程的65名大学生进行干预。结果显示，干预课程显著降低了非理性组学生在两类信念上的理性偏离度；理性组学生虽出现自然波动，但其变化幅度显著小于非理性组的改善程度。研究表明，干预课程发挥了具有针对性的认知纠偏功能，能有效改善大学生生涯信念的两极化，建构起更加适应不确定性环境的中道理性。
Abstract：The rise of career uncertainty has become a pervasive phenomenon among contemporary university students. Targeting the career beliefs of "perfect matching" and "absolute certainty" prevalent among top-tier university students, this study developed a career cognitive restructuring course intervention based on "Middle-Way thinking" Utilizing a single-group pretest-posttest design,the intervention was implemented among 65 students who selected the course at a top-tier university. Results showed the intervention significantly reduced the rational deviation of students in the irrational group across both belief dimensions. While the rational group showed natural fluctuations,their magnitude was significantly smaller than the improvements observed in the irrational group. These findings indicate the course serves a targeted cognitive correction function,effectively mitigating the polarization of career beliefs and fostering a “Middle-Way” decision-making mechanism adapted to uncertain environments.
