随着专业学位教育规模的逐步扩大,专业硕士的就业问题也逐渐引起人们的注意。为了对财经类高校专业硕士的就业情况有所探究,对外经济贸易大学以本校专业硕士为研究对象,通过问卷调查、访谈、比较研究等方式,对专业硕士的就业现状进行调查,发现专业硕士在就业过程中存在就业期望值高、就业信心不足,市场需求不平衡等问题。根据调查结果,从专业硕士的培养目标和机制、社会宣传、就业辅导体系、创业教育和实践等方面对财经类高校专业硕士的就业工作开展进行思考。

With the expansion of professional master degree's education, the employment issues of these postgraduates have drawn people's attention recently. In order to study the employment situation of students with professional master degree in University of International Business and Economics, we took these students as the object of research and did some surveys through ways of questionnaire survey, interview and comparative study. It turns out that problems like higher expectation and lower confidence are very common among these students, plus the job market demand is very unbalanced, which making employment situation even worse. Based on these surveys, we should pay more attention on training objectives and systems, social propaganda,career guidance and social practice in the education of professional master.
